I love to cook ! My kitchen has a wide variety of pots and pans for different functions and of different brands. I have a new favorite line of pots and pans though….GreenPan!
I do like cooking with non-stick as I can use less oil, but do not like how unhealthy the coating is. During one of Dr. Katie’s Detox programs, someone asked Dr. Katie and Coach Courtney what type of cookware they like and I was introduced to GreenPan.
GreenPan is a healthy ceramic nonstick line of cookware that can be used on any cooking surface and can go in the oven. I have 6 of their pots/pans and just love them. Many of the sauté pans come with lids and I have one (linked here) with a wide side and handle that I use almost every day. The price points are very reasonable and they offer a wide variety of sizes and pan types to accommodate most cooking needs.
